Blackjack
Blackjack is a game played between you and the dealer, the object being to draw cards totalling 21 or as near as possible to 21 without going over and losing. If your total is nearer to 21 than the dealer then you win and are paid even money. If your total is less than the dealer then you lose. Blackjack is an Ace together with a picture card or 10.
Roulette
When playing roulette you place your bets on any number, on red or black, odd or even, high or low. The players place their bets using colour chips. To avoid confusion a set of different colour chips is given to each player.

| 2 Pair | Two pairs of a different rank |
| 1 Pair | Two cards of the same rank |
Caribbean Stud Poker
The same hands as above apply to this type of poker but the players play against the House instead of each other.
